18 Diamonds of 1 cents each are used in circular manner studded on 18 caret gold plate that is glued to Chandra Bostonä Scleral Device from back of the lenses in such a way that it dos not touch on the cornea and large diameter Scleral Lens hold water in front of the cornea giving a very soothing effect. Spectacle prescription can be incorporated in the same device. It can be worn as long as one wants and there is no time limit as the device allows oxygen to pass thro the Boston XO™ material used for making this device. It is advisable to remove at night while sleeping.

 At most care should be taken to keep the Eye Jewelry clean and sterile before insertion. Devise is store in Hydrogen Peroxide solution minimum 5 to 7 hours to make it sterile. Device is cleaned with RGP contact lens solution and rinsed thoroughly with sterile normal saline.

 Back of the device is filled with sterile normal saline and inserted in eyes in such a way that water gets trapped and excess water is overflowed, one has to make sure that there is no air bubble trapped on eyes and back of lens, if so, one needs to remove it with suction cup and reinserted with fresh saline filled in with plunger.

Total weight of one Device is 500 milligram including the jewelry weight.

Jewelry part can be customized as per individual choice of color diamonds, precious stones or just gold.
